COMPUTER AIDED TECHNICAL DRAWING
Department of Computer Aided Technical Drawing was established in 1997,
mainly to meet the increasing demand for computer based architectural
drafting and other construction industry related technical services. Two
year course in Computer Aided Technical Drawing is designed to equip the
student with the necessary theoretical background as well as thorough
practical experience. Job opportunities for graduates are in a variety of
areas such as; CAD Drafting (Civil & Architectural); 3D Architectural
modeling and project presentation; Model making; Field surveying and
preparation of site maps; Cost Estimating and Quantity Surveying.
